The Suites at Sugar Mill Point plans daily activities that are fun, enriching, and diverse, including favorites like Bingo, Happy Hour, and Movie Night, as well as special events like performances by local theatre and choir groups, wine tastings, and interesting group outings. Residents enjoy weekly happy hours and ice cream socials, along with monthly birthday celebrations and regular family events.

We want to make life as easy and comfortable for our residents as possible, and part of that extreme level of hospitality is taking care of the housekeeping and laundry.
Cable & Utilities
The Suites at Sugar Mill Point, all of your utilities are included in your monthly rent, including cable TV and electricity. Every apartment also includes its own heating and air conditioning thermostat to accommodate each resident’s personal preferences. Phone is not included in monthly fees
Parking
You may bring your car with you to The Suites at Sugar Mill Point. We have a convenient parking lot on our property for both you and your guests.
Beauty Shop & Barber Shop
We understand the importance of looking and feeling your best, which is why we provide an onsite hair salon for all of our residents' grooming needs.
Dining
An integral part of providing the residents at The Suites at Sugar Mill Point with the best of the best is nourishing their bodies and palates with delectable, nutrient-rich cuisine served in a family-style setting. Our residents are served delicious meals three times a day, as well as complimentary additional snacks. We understand that everyone has different preferences and tastes, which is why we are more than happy to cater to individual requests and accommodate any special dietary needs.
